Dealing with AFI is a real nightmare. I asked for insurance finally got insurance quotes correct. REceived a pile of paper to complete in todays time. completed and emailed them. Ask for the cover to be started today, this was confirmed. I emailed all the documents, got the cars checked at Glasfit, emailed them driver license, ID documents, etc now told that I don't have cover and waiting for some claims history which I also provided from my previous insurer. What poor service and inability to service an account. So I am back looking at other service providers Discovery and King Price have been outstanding.
