Very disappointing, lack of feedback

My vehicle went in for repairs and I had many queries about it some of which was handled and others just ignored. One was about the car hire company which continuously takes out money from my account fraudlently. Outsurance is not concerned that their client is being ripped off for no reason. They were supposed to get back to me and still have not. Once again the car hire company has money from my account without telling me what it is for!!! Does this mean that I have to pay a premium to Outsurance and that Outsurance now expects me to pay another premium every month to a car hire company!!! This is a that outsurance is responsible for! The second thing is that they have not sorted out my reverse warning detector and the panel beaters were supposed to get back to me on this one. The accessor phoned me but never got back to me with details of who, how and when they would sort this out. I am very disappointed!!!
