I was in a motor accident on the 8th of Dec 2012 near Bloemfontein on my way from PE to Bloemfontein. I informed outsurance and they organised a tow truck to pick the car up. They gave me a courtesy car and informed me that i need to give the car back in 30days. (That would make you think that if that is the case they will get everything sorted in 30days). i asked for an extension on the car hire and they told me that i needed to pay for it myself and that they will not cover it. The assessment took 2weeks or more. Outsurance transported the car from Bloemfontein to Port Elizabeth since i stay in Port Elizabeth. The car right now is still not fixed. The courtesy car has to be sent back. I do not have a car. I live in PE, and I have to pay from transporting costs to take the car from Port Elizabeth to Bloemfontein. My Claim handler Basetsana Segage gives me attitude when i ask about how far to finishing with the car they are. I have received no feedback from Outsurance, i have to call the panel beaters myself and my car is still not fixed. I am not happy with outsurance service. I need to travel, i am carless! Outsurance did not Bend oVEr for me!
