I have been a customer of Regent for over 2 years. When I first signed up I had many issues with organizing payments and people wrongly changing and closing my account. I got over that when everything was set up.
I then phoned recently, (2 and half years after having an account) to try and get a lower price due to no claims.

When I phoned, whoever I spoke to was helpful and updated my details. I then asked to I need an inspection again to which I was advised that I had never handed in my first copy and needed to do so. I had NEVER been told in two and a half years that I needed to so. Unknowingly, if I had crashed, I would not have been covered. I should have been sent reminders for this!

Secondly, I received a missed payment letter four months after the missed payment! FOUR MONTHS! The payment had already been made. Then when I called to cancel today, they couldn't find my account. I had lost my details and had not received a new policy letter a month after I changed it! They could not find it and the advisor was useless! The manager then found my details through my reg number.

Months to receive letters is ridiculous! Your communication is terrible!!!
