I had an Edgars account that i payed through ITC BA. I told them that i wanted to pay-off the account and the arrangements were done that i will pay it off in december and they then told me that they will give me a 30% discount on the settlement amount. The debit order went off on the 20th of December 2013. I just assumed that now the account is on 0 balance. I went to Edgars to check if all was good and that the account was cleared. I was told that i still owe -R1 220. I called ITC on 07 January to ask why the account was still owing, the agent that assisted me told me that it was suppose to be cleared as soon as the debit order went off. He said they will clear the discount and it will take 24 hours to do. i called again after 2 day still nothing was done and i was now told that it takes 7 working days to clear. it is now 3 weeks and still nothing is done can someone please assist. I am tired of calling ITC BA everyday.
