On 21 December 2012, R399.00 was deducted from my bank account. From that date I have tried calling the number given for such enquiries - calls were not answered and the message received was that the person responsible was not available. No messages could be left because the voice mailbox was full.

Early in January 2013, calls made were cut off after 30 seconds which means that one has to keep calling back, hoping that the 'person responsible' will answer within 30 seconds. To date, all such calls have been unsuccessful.

I sent email correspondence in this regard on 21 January and apart from an ID No. request, no response has been forthcoming to date
