We have been trying to contact the call centre no one answers .the contact number tells you to hold on after a while you get cut off. The Cape Town office cannot assit us they tel us to phone head office!! after receiving a sms confirming documents have been received and is in process!! Mr Fouten has been unemployed as from 2005 due to an injury at work and has no other income. He has screws in his lower back and is unable to work. The metal industry has declined his complaint saying he can work!! the commisioner has no idea how much pain he has. The screws is in his back permantley and not to be removed. some days he can hardly walk due to his back in pain. He has worked all his life in the engineering field and now he must still wait on a meager amount from the provident fund.
