MTN Manager said contact Hellopete

My husband's 7 month old iPhone 4S would not charge - took it to MTN Tygervalley Cape Town who said take it to The Apple Store Canal Walk who in turn said they do not work on ANY contract phone - if they do the guarantee is void & we will be responsible for all costs. Back to MTN Tygervalley I go & book the phone in saying "it won't charge". On 10 April 2013 Philip receives an sms saying his phone is ready. I go to pick it up to hear "the phone is unrepairable due to screws being taken out saying someone has already worked on the phone" - after a few words the manager there says he can send it back to the repair centre but guarantees it will return with the same paperwork. Being peed off I take the phone & walk out! We take the phone to MTN Montague Gardens this monrning & there it is the same story about the screws and MTN's technicians are never wrong! What about the customers word, as I said to Sean, MTN's Regional Manager in the Western Cape (that is how he introduced himself) WHY WOULD WE OPEN OUR OWN PHONE, TAKE OUT 2 SCREWS AND SEND THE PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS? (ESPECIALLY IF IT IS THE PHONE YOU WANT!) - that's when we were told to contact Hellopeter for a response... so, Hi!
