Time it took from the submission of my OTP to my loan being fully approved: 6 days :)
The turnaround time was so quick that my estate agent thought I was lying when I phoned hom with the news of the approval.
And in between Quanita and Jean even had time to negotiate a better interest rate for me.
This is the second time I've used Quanita to negotiate a home loan for me, and there's a reason why I'm a repeat customer.
There was constant communication from them to me. At no point did I not know where in the approval process my application was, which is a great thing when you're applying for something as nerve-wrecking as a home loan.
