Accesor inspected property before sign up with ins

Before you accept a telephonic quote for insurance from Discovery household Insurance insist that a consultant/assessor inspect your property. We returned from holiday on the 10 Jan and our laptops were we assume through the window without forcible break in. That was one of the excusses and there is to many occupants on the property even if the occupants have there own entrances. That's why let a consultant come to your property to inform you before hand of the excusses they will use to rejected your claim. We are still waiting for the rejection letter from Disvovery insure
