The FNB feedback I received below has reference, I have recently discovered that my Platinum Card account with FNB has been ravaged by. I have asked FNB twice to reverse these payments and cancel these bank debit orders. They have not reversed everything, but they refuse to cancel these bank debit orders. They have instructed me to talk to the ombudsman with respect to this as they feel they cannot help with the cancellation of BDOs, let alone reversing all the money from me. These amounts are deducted for several times in a month, the amounts are R99, 00; R99, 99 and R399.00.
I am currently helpless as I watch my money being with no help from FNB. All I need is for FNB to show me the proof of my consent to these BDOs, reimburse me the money they have charged me for the two stop payments I have unsuccesfully requested, and to get all this money refunded. I spoke to Ketlile and to Christine of their call centre. I called the non-existent number indicated below as instructed by FNB, but in vain as it is for
