Since I cannot give more feedback or do a conversion on my original complaint about Virgin Insurance, "NOT how Insurance should be!! ", I herewith would like to update on the matter. A very smart guy from Virgin Insurance named Louis phoned me 15th January 2014 and totally understood my complaint and sorted me out with another courtesy car for the period my car still have to be repaired, with the total cost to company, ending my discomfort. This guy totally went the extra mile and I am grateful for his approach. Virgin should employ more guys like him.
