Wesbank checks if their vehicles they are financing are insured every once in a while, no problem. Then they commission an insurance company to check this for them? The insurance company has the audacity to only send the clients an sms requesting proof of insurance, and give you a e-mail address to send your information to, of a rival insurance company? They don't even have the decency to call the clients and explain how they have been commissioned for this or even check if you have received the sms, and if you fail to respond they load an insurance policy for you, and of course make a fortune out of this! Never-minding the fact that in the times we live in who sends any personal information to anyone based on a sms, and to an insurance company who you have never dealt with, and probably get the spammed by them afterwards?? I'm flabbergasted by this. Someone did not think this through properly and terrible service!
