I purchased a 3x3m wendy house with a veranda for our nanny on the 19th of December and enquired whether it would be delivered before 27Dec. I paid the full amount of just over R10 000 cash on the same day and received an email that they will phone at 8 the following morning when they leave with the stock to get the delivery address.
I then only got feedback on 2 January that their stock is wet and that Darryl is away on honeymoon. I've sent numorous emails, his voicemail is full and therefor you cannot leave voice messages.
My nanny is comming back on 6 Jan and her wendy is stil not delivered. better yet I haven't receive any feedback on when they will be able to deliver. They have absolutley no communications to clients and NO service what so ever. :( very unhappy, wish I went with another company.
