Poor service, incompetent people, from the last post still having trouble.
I received an email late last year regarding my "urgent finance query" which i never requested. Which is fishy for me
I replied to innocentia asking for a detailed account of mine as my policy had an unknown vehicle when i took it out. Which didn't belong to me.
My account was incorrectly debited aswell
I called a month ago this time to query what is going on with no feed back they were suppose to call me back
I called today i was told they tried calling me and emailed me of which non happened
We will see what happens now i was told in will be given a call back
This company is useless bad service
It seems as if they are forever mixing up things
