Spoke to a someone called Sizwe in the cellphone banking department of the FNB call centre because I have not been able to purchase Electricity via cellphone banking. He told me that my municipality the (Ethekwini. Municipality) is not on FNBs list of municipalities that allow for prepaid electricity to be bought from them. I find this very hard to believe. Please verify. Reference number for the call is Rq14012041232
