Drove all the way to my nearest branch and wanted to setup EFT limit at this branch because I want to do a payment and profile is showing that could only be done at a branch.
Explained to to lady on what I want to do. and she said I cant because there is no money going into the account. I said that I cant understand why because this was done previously did their rules changed? Lady consultant very and with sarcastic smile when a decent question is asked. BAD service.
Got home phoned Internet banking and they said that this could be done and this was confirmed with a team leader. So guess what I need to drive all the way back to the bank!!! I'm loosing money here. Get your staff up to level
