With all the bad service one receives these days, I'm always pleasantly surprised by Dial Direct's staff. Today I spoke to Tshepiso and Cheryl about different queries and both ladies were very helpful and informative in not only offering me a good deal, but also advising me on certain procedures. Well done, ladies. A lot of the call centres out there can learn from you. I hope you have a wonderful 2013.
