Disgusting service for Prestige Bankers!

I was told that a standard bank credit card offers a prime minus one interest rate, however, this was incorrect as the consultant did not understand the product. I have asked the branch manager for feedback, however, she has failed to even apologise. I now owe Standard Bank over R70 000 due to a lack of knowledge from a Standard Bank Representative.
