Dear King Price, I have no idea where you got my details from. I never give out my details, unless I know exactly who I am dealing with. Until today, I have never heard of you. Your call center agent telling me you got my details form 'the internet' is BS. Unless you somehow hacked into an account of mine, which I believe is illegal. You. may. not. contact. me. without. consent.
I am registered with the DMA's 'don't contact me' database. I have preemptively blocked you, as is my RIGHT.
So figure out where you got my details from, and make sure you never - ever - make use of it again. I believe there is a hefty fine for doing what you do... Sneakily hiding your company name from the initial SMS that comes through doesn't work, you're not the first. Hoping that people will just reply 'stop' instead of doing what I just did?
Point is, I shouldn't have to do that in the first place.
