Think twice when using Ucount Travel Mall

I am so peed off right now. Finding it hard to understand why I as a prestige client must keep my portfolio with Standard bank when they can't even do a booking for me on Ucount.

To make matters worse and I guarantee you I take all a bet here they are going to tell me sorry they are fully booked when dealing with my complaint.

I requested a booking for Sun City and confirmed availability and requested to book. My agent's autoreply is on and said he is on leave.. Gave additional contact people - three in total - I mailed all three - Then one replied and said she will book and advise same day...

Guess what - I am still waiting a week late
