I called Miway call centre to update my address only to discover that my premium will now be higher.
I find that actually very hard to believe considering that I shall be moving to an even more secure area.
I am still waiting for the consultant to send me the updated quotation.
Either Miway needs to start stepping up, providing service and offering me a better deal or I shall have to review my options and look for another insurer which are plentiful by the way.
