They broke into our house and our tv jewellery and other furnature on the 14 October 2013. I immediately contacted the insurance company informing them what happened and supplied them with all the requested documents. Since then I have phoned them every week, where they promice to call me the following week. I have been with mutual and federal for over 20 years now and this is my first claim. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated. I sincerely hope someone will be able to contact me to resolve the situation.
