Appalling service from Mutual and Federal

I have been waiting for almost two months for Mutual and Federal to finalise my insurance claim. Although I have contacted them numerous times I have been provided with no reasonable feedback as to why my claim is taking so long to be addressed. The service experienced is shocking to say the least and I would not consider or recommend anyone to use this insurance company after experience such appalling service.
