I made a deposit (amount X) to UNISA via Standard Bank, and UNISA claims they received less (amount Y).
I went to the branch where the deposit was made, and that was on Monday (13 January 2014). They made a copy of my slip and promised to phone the next day because their system was offline and they couldn't give me any answers there and then. So now, where did that money from my deposit go to and when will I hear from them?
