I applied for an ABSA unit trust account on Monday, I was told that by Wednesday it will be active, Wednesday came I called to find out what's happening and the consultant promised to call me back, and he didn't. Today I called again, the person in charged called me back, he said that by today he'll let me know what's happening and he didn't! I've been banking my entire life with ABSA and I now think I should change. I can't stand people who can't stick to their words!!
