DISGUSTING DEFAULT CHARGES

Good day,

I Would just like to bring to the attention of FNB that your default charges is RIDICULOUS. To charge a client R200.00 per transaction of default is disgusting. Reason why i would have default is due to valid financial reasons and yet you are not interested in that reasons. Other banks understands and try to assist where possible. Please don't advertise your logo as HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, cause you are not helping me and yet i have been a client for over 10 years you have no loyalty and just made my financial status even worse thank you so much...
