No Indication if ITC record has been updated

I have been paying off an ABSA account and finished late last year.

I have not received any feedback (no phone calls, sms, emails, statement) to advise whether the account has been paid up and my credit status updated.

I need to have assurance that the account is sorted.

Ii do not want a phone call next year to tell me that I am in arrears.

Please urgently call me!!!
