Peter i took a loan from capital bank n lost my job thus defaulted. Peter in the past 20months i am paying down my dues. 3months ago i was gurnished for what i volunteered to pay. Monthly another law firm takes R1400 and another R1000 for same account. For MBD Inc i now owe R6000 for the new guys i owe R26000 which they use the court's to enforce. So i ask myself will they reconcile or its just Capitem BANK revenge.
