Since I have been with Mutual & Federal I have never had problems with it, but surprisingly now I having an issue with a claim I made on the 18th of December 2013, I am the one who supposed to call in everytime I want to know about my claim, so far I have called more than 5 times for any follow ups, the last time I called I was advised that someone will call me in the morning, right now it's 13:20 and I still waiting for the call...
