We were locked out of our house last night when the key broke off in the lock. Sylvester picked up our call and had a locksmith at our house within half an hour and kept us up to date with the locksmith's movements during this short waiting period. He also phoned later to hear if we managed to get into the house and to confirm that everything was OK. Thanks a lot Sylvester, that was GREAT service!
