My phone was from my shop on the 4th of December 2013, I followed the full policy (blacklisting, blocking the sim and Reporting it to the police) I done all of it within 24 hours and they declined my claim due to negligence yet that is one of the risks I take daily as I work in retail, the phone was from under my work counter and it is placed there due to the fact that I use my phone for work during the day, I don't understand how this is negligent, I used to be one of the top sales persons from 24Hour Mobility and to be treated in such a disguising way is unbelievable... I know they pay out claims for people who drop their phones in the toilet??? I reported it to them on the 5th of December and I had to keep on calling them to find out what is happening and then only on the 20th of December did they finally call me to tell me its declined and I am still waiting for the declination letter which was suppose to be sent on the 21st. I have had no success with and even till today I have 4 policies with them, they are unhelpful and poor service.
