Service Provider cannot be bothered

We brought a house from Rawson Northriding at the begginning of this year and were always the ones taking initiative to follow up on progress... as in always. Eventually, we moved into our house in July and realised that there was a key missing for the back burdler and we cannot get out from the back any longer. We called Rawsons to get the locksmith to resolve this so that we can use that door. They passed on the buck and said we must call the locksmith directly. the locksmith had no knowledge of our issue and we have no feedback from Rawsons. We cannot no longer reach the cellphone of the sales consultant and this is just plain frustating. where is the key?!? we have to walk through the font door, to the garden gate to get to the garden. This is really ridiculous.
