Week later matter not resolve

My report dated 10 Jan14 refer. It is a week later and the response or feedback are absolute none. Glenwin phoned me Wednesday morning and said he will re submit my application but this is now 48 hours later and I received no feedback, Surely Absa do not rate their clients highly. The only thing that matters for them is to collect their high service fee's every month
