FNB eWallet is a useless service

We had a smash and grab incident and my girlfriend lost her bank cards. Next day i sent her cash via ewallet, WHAT A DISASTER!!! She tried to retrieve a pin, of which the system failed her and asked her to reset, she reset and 24 hours later still she couldnt get any money. This was frustrating for her as she was miles away from me. Then i sent her money via ewallet agin on a different number, THAT WAS WORSE.She received an sms that she will receive a pin, nothing happened. I had to drive all the way to Pretoria to go rescue her. Worse off when she called FNB call centre she was advised to go to a branch, On Satuday at 13h00??? REALLY!!! SO LESSON LEARNT, NO MORE EWALLET TRANSACTIOONS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.ABSA CASH SENT IS THE BEST, AND FOR THAT, I AM GOING TO OPEN AN ABSA ACCOUNT FOR SITUATIONS LIKE THIS.IMAGINE IF SHE WAS IN A FOREIGN PROVINCE OR COUNTRY.YOU CANT RELY ON FNB, PERIOD!
