No response from online contact

Good day,

I have left a message on the online email and got a reference of 1110276045 . I got a confirmation email saying I would be contacted within 24 hours but I have not spoken to anyone one. It's possible that the missed call I got was from Dial Direct but one cannot always take a call and if this was the case I would expect another attempt to call me.

I want to cancel my policy which I took out the same day as I got a better quote somewhere else. I phoned customer service and explained to the consultant who took all my details but then I had to be put through to cancellations department and this number just rings indefinitely.
