I just want to say Thank You for an excellent service from Outsurance and the Sarah Hope the assessor that worked on our claim. 2 weeks before we left for holidays they broke into our home while we were sleeping, the intruders where in our bedroom our sell phone while on charge and major electronic equipment. After such a drama we really stressed what's going to happen since we only had 2 weeks to get sorted. Once I logged the claim that day, Outsurance did help where they could help keep me calm. Sarah Hopes came and did the assessments and really made me feel calmed. She went out of her way to make sure we had our cellphone before we left for our trip, because we needed the cellphone. I am really impresses and now know that this is a company that will stand with you when something terrible happens.
