I called oaksure since in the morning of the 16th january, talked to several agents but they couldnt help me, when i was about to give up i finally talked to Philisiwe Mkhulisa who was friendly and she was very warm over the phone even when she heard me that i was a bit irritated with the service.she promised to get back to me with my problem and she would constantly do so.and even after sending the email she called again to check if i received.now that to me is an excellent service.it took Philisiwe less than 30 minutes to give me the results whereas i spent litteraly the hole day before speaking to her without any progress.
i am very happy with the service i got from her and i think she derseves a bonus.wish i could see her to give her big tip.
