My handbag with purse and ID document were last week in Richardsbay. I thought it would be a lot of trouble to replace everything but it was so easy with Joyce who assisted me at the local branch. My cards were delivered to the local branch and Joyce helped me with such a great attitude, also checked the payments I had to make with the Internet when I had no cards at all. She never once lost her cool even when she experienced problems with the terminals and when the other clients became impatient. She explained to everyone what was happening and calmed them. She is truly an asset to Nedbank and they can be very proud to have her in their service. Thank you Joyce, you are so professional, yet compassionate. Salome
