In this age where everyone is occupied with their own issues and selfishness. It is truly reassuring that there are still people who take their jobs with excellent attitude and are willing to go an extra mile. Most people do not understand that customer satisfaction is the crust of any industry- and Joyce understands that. If management of Dis-chem in Lyn-hood does not recognise that some of us buy or get our prescriptions from this branch because of the service we receive from Joyce then I don't know what it will take to realise that you have gold.
