Since November last year, when I need to do an EFT transaction I am not receiving the OTP on my phone or my secondary option (email). I contacted the helpline and spend more than an hour on the phone. The test sms the consultant send to my number I received. However, again no OTP when I needed to do an EFT. I then went to my FNB branch to seek help, there they advised me to contact my service provider to see if the problem is with them. My service provider assured me that there is no problem on their side. This is an ongoing problem as to date I am unable to use EFT. This is very inconvenient and frustrating as I have to take of work and stand in long lines for to do my payments. I am a FNB customer (with Platinum states) for over twenty years and find this situation unacceptable. Please find the problem and sort it out.
