I have a default on my name at ITC from FNB for bad debt written off.. I have no idea what to do to have this default removed from my name? I am still a client of FNB and I have no idea how I can have a gold cheque card account whilst having bad debt written of by FNB against me? The bank knew at all times where to contact me to sort this problem instead of placing a default against me. I urgently need assistance regarding this matter please.
