I have a default on my name at ITC from FNB for bad debt written off. I have queried this R688.00 on numerous occasions with FNB and this was settled about 2 years ago. I constantly complain about this default aginst my name but to no avail. I have no idea what else to do to have this default removed from my name? I am still a client of FNB and I have no idea how I can have a gold cheque card account whilst having bad debt written of by FNB against me? This was not bad debt and it was not written off. I had to change the account due to illegal transactions of small amounts on my account and the bank offered a new account as we couldn't trace the bank where the funds were deposited to have it reversed. The bank knew at all times where to contact me to sort this problem instead of placing a default against me. I urgently need assistance regarding this matter please.
