I am highly disappoint with the poor customer service which standard bank offers to clients,
It's been 18 day already and still no feedback about the missing money from my account, to my knowledge an investigation should only take 12 business days and not 18!
A Mr. Kevin Kok contacted me for information about this issue, I assisted him with all the necessary documentation on the 9th of January 2014 and since then I haven't had feedback.
I will be taking this matter up further as this is unacceptable!
