My caravan is insured with discovery and on the 31/12/2013 we had an accident, it is now 17 days later and still this claim has not been settled. The claim handler Sibosiso told me a week ago that the caravan was unreparable I took out the cover with a nominated amount as I do not know what the value of a caravan is but only what I paid for it the sales guy assured me it was not a problem. now I get told that they have to go listen to the voice recording (that was a week ago) and if it was said like that they will payback my premiums. I told them that that was not acceptable. every day this week I have spoken to someone fro discovery and they keep on telling me they will get back to me... no one ever does and when you phone no one is available. I have spoken to a manager Monday (13/01/2014) she said she would get back to me either that afternoon or Tuesday morning... she still has not. I spoke to Sibisiso (15/01/2014) he said he would contact me by the afternoon and he still has not I p honed to speak to him (15/01/2014 @ 17:15where by a consultant by the name kya told me he was not available and the manager Althea had gone home) I this is not the service im paying fo
