We were camping at CARAVAN COVE from 17 December 2013 till 03 January 2014. from our second weeks stay there occured in the park and it continued till we couldn't stand it anymore, the owner (Sharon) promised us that she would do everything in her power to protect the campers and she didn't.
The night of 01 January occured again in our tents and goods to a value of R3000 was only in our campsite, we told them that this is the last and we want our money back for the last two days of stay. they refused and said we must stay the full period because a task team was arranged to trap the robbers and they will do us a better deal the next time we visit caravan cove.
We refused their suggestion and told them we are not coming back to this resort and we want our money back for the nights that we are not prepared to stay there and get some more of our goods.
It's a 200 stand caravan park and they only had 4 security persons patrolling the huge park and according to me that's not enough, none of the other caravan parks that I visited had.
I told them a once off is acceptable, but every night to second night of is not acceptable.
