My Car keys went missing in Worcester last Friday afternoon (02 August 2013). I then requested Discovery Insure for assistance. I had waited for hours for a tow truck to come pick up the car. I have swollen feet for standing for 3- 4 hours next to the car because I was scared it was going to get. I risked my safety waiting with a hungry 8 year old daughter in an open space for so long. I was confronted with a rude guy from the tow truck company and no one organised a lift for me home, I was left to fend for myself, after the towing. I was told my car was going to be taken to the Ford Dealer on Saturday morning. No one followed up, no one even bothered to check on me the Saturday. I have called Discovery on numerous occasions and wasted a lot of my talk time talking to different people and nothing was done. I called road assistance again Monday morning telling them the horrible I had this weekend and he said he was going to have the matter looked at. I am still seating at work waiting for feedback from somebody from discovery. I had to hire a car to useatmy expense, I am still stranded today with no way of getting to work and had to. I dont even know where my car is even today
