Today my car battery finaly gave up. As part of my vehicle purchase I have road side assist from the AA. Once I made the call to the AA I waited on the side of the road for 90 minutes only to be called and told I had to wait a further two hours... so I decided to see if Discovery Insure could assist me quicker. Well, I called and was up and running within 45 minutes, and the call centre agent was superb - well done Discovery :-)!! you are really making a difference for your clients. Up to now, no calls from the AA... could sill be stuck on the road for all they care.
