I had an unfortunate incident where a car reversed into my car at a filling station. The service I got from the personnel at Outsurance was excellent. I was kept informed regarding every step in the process and contacted several times regarding the claim from the other party's insurance... and the best of all, they succeeded in recovering the excess on my claim and paid it into my account. That is what I call "going the extra mile"!
