I would like to compliment Outsurance recently on my claim that was handled for my motor vehicle write off. The service all round was very good. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would however like to compliment the Outsurance Consultant Siyathemba Hlope for his help and really going the extra mile to assist. He made a visit to me over the Easter weekend when everyone was on leave. This assured me that someone was there to oversee to my claim. He even went the extra mile collecting documents and other bits of information required to satisfy my claim to my benefit. He was a real gentleman and professional in the whole process and made this very difficult time for me all the more bearable. Well done Siyathemba and many heartfelt thanks!! Outsurance does bend over backwards to assist their clients.
